Material: Marble
Marble and limestones are natural materials which can vary in colour, veining and may contain markings, small holes and fissures. Due to the intricate craftsmanship involved in the design, there may be slight variations or imperfections.
Care Instructions: For day-to-day cleaning, dust with a clean, dry cloth. Marble must be cleaned with extreme delicacy as it is porous and can stain more easily than other materials. Surfaces are treated with anti-stain and anti-oil product, however, spills of acidic liquids such as wine, coffee, lemon or vinegar must be wiped immediately. Do not under any circumstances clean with abrasive or aggressive products, acidic detergents, bleach or abrasive paper or steel wool.

All furniture items are made-to-order and will be shipped as soon as they are available. Please check Lead Time section for approximate timescales.
Please note that occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, the dispatch date of your item may change.
Neither Marble Collective nor our delivery partners are able to hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have shared with you.
Returns
Our products are Bespoke and Made-to-order and therefore they are non-returnable as these have been made especially for you.
We do our best to ensure the best quality and conditions of the products we deliver to your door. (Please inspect your goods as soon as you receive them - and mark goods unchecked with delivery courier - or if there is visible damage to the box or packaging - please note this with the courier driver - or sign box damaged.)
However, if you find that the item you have received has been damaged, please let us know within 2 working days by emailing: info@marblecollective.co.uk. In your email, please let us know:
• The order number
• The damage(s) - please provide photographs
• If you would like the product replaced
Once we receive your email, we will arrange for a pick up, re-delivery or refund as per your request. If the product is damaged, we will refund the full amount including the delivery charge.
Please do inspect your goods upon receipt, and inform us of any issues within 2 days of receipt. If you fail to do this you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

Assembly
We offer and recommended a comprehensive White Glove delivery service which includes delivery, assembly and the removal of all packaging in particular for larger items. If you would like a personalised estimate, please contact our customer care team at info@marblecollective.co.uk.
